Singapore-based Spac files for $135 million US IPO

July 08, 2021 2:02 PMSINGAPORE (THE BUSINESS TIMES) – Singapore-based special purpose acquisition company (Spac), Fat Projects Acquisition Corp, has filed to go public via Nasdaq in a US$100 million (S$135 million) initial public offering (IPO), the company said on Thursday.
