Free event will bring together global HR leaders looking to source innovative ways to create impact at their organization

WHO: 15Five, the holistic performance management platform incorporating software, education, and community.

WHAT: Registration is now open for 15Five’s second annual HR Superstars Summit on February 16, a half-day event that provides HR leaders with a forum to network, participate in candid discussions on the most essential industry topics, and learn actionable insights that will facilitate innovative ways to create impact at their organization. 

Speakers and Topics:

Both the keynote and summit theme are centered on Dr. Jeff Smith’s extensive research on the state of strategic HR, highlighting the most pressing blockers and challenges for today’s HR leaders. 

Additional sessions will feature HR and People Ops leaders, who will share with audience members real-world examples of impactful and innovative approaches to exceed the people needs of their organization.

Discussions will focus on HR’s most compelling topics, including: employee mental health; effective diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) strategies; and how to leverage talent to differentiate your product, service, and/or brand.

At the end of the summit, 15Five will unveil its “Strategic HR” certificate, the first of its kind.
