Denmark is experiencing the impact of Influenza, covid-19, RS virus and other respiratory diseases. These are the numbers from SSI Denmark:

UK:

  • The number of COVID-19 cases has increased further, while the number of people hospitalised with COVID-19 is the same level as last week. The incidence of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater is increasing.
  • The number of pertussis cases is at epidemic levels, and there are no signs yet that the epidemic is abating.
  • The number of mycoplasma cases continues to increase and is at an epidemic level.
  • The number of RS virus cases is significantly increasing for the fourth week in a row.
  • The number of flu cases is increasing significantly.
  • Vaccination compliance for COVID-19 and influenza among nursing home residents is over 85%, and for people aged 65 and older, it is over 75%.

DK:

  • Antallet af covid-19-tilfælde er steget yderligere, mens antallet af hospitalsindlagte med covid-19 er på samme niveau som i sidste uge. Forekomsten af SARS-CoV-2 i spildevand er stigende.
  • Antallet af kighostetilfælde er på epidemisk niveau, og der er endnu ikke tegn på, at epidemien er ved at aftage.
  • Antallet af mycoplasmatilfælde er fortsat stigende og på epidemisk niveau.
  • Antal RS-virustilfælde er markant stigende for fjerde uge i træk.
  • Antallet af influenzatilfælde er markant stigende.
  • Vaccinationstilslutningen for covid-19 og influenza blandt plejehjemsbeboere er over 85 % og for personer på 65 år og derover 75 %.
