SURVEY TIME!!! I’m giving a DisruptHR talk in a couple of weeks, and my topic is WHO HR IS. I’ve compiled a list of survey questions for HR Professionals in the United States.
Many of those questions mimic what you would see in a Gallup poll. The purpose of this is to compare HR to the general population.
If you are a US-based HR Professional, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey. Your answers will be kept 100 percent confidential. I will not share individual information with anyone.
