Christmas Card 2025

As the year draws to a close, I would like to take a moment to say thank you for being part of my professional journey.
We are living and working in a world that is changing at a pace few of us have experienced before. Organisations, leaders and individuals are navigating shifts that are not only technological, but also geographical, cultural, and related to security and resilience. Uncertainty has become a constant, and adaptation is no longer a one-off exercise, something we need to get used to.
In my work with human resources management, talent development, organisational development, psychology, and the growing role of artificial intelligence, I continue to be inspired by how people and organisations respond to change with curiosity, courage, and creativity.
At the same time, we are clearly in a period of transition, where it is essential to reflect on whether the automated systems, chats and bots we see introduced into our organisations actually work as intended in real life. Much is still not fully developed or clear, and most of us recognise the feelings and limitations that poorly designed phone systems or chat-based bot’ solutions can create, where they often become more of a wall than a welcoming open door.
The same applies to selection and assessment. We see many new working methods and tools emerging, and here too it is crucial to understand how systems truly operate in practice and what results they actually deliver. It is rarely as simple as choosing a system and pressing start. Professional judgement, insight and responsibility remain essential.
Even in times marked by tension and global hotspots, there is a strong and encouraging desire to build healthy workplaces, develop people with integrity, and make thoughtful decisions about the future of work.
As we approach Christmas, I hope you are able to pause, reflect and recharge – whether with colleagues, friends, family, or simply with a bit of quiet space. My wish for the coming year is that we continue to place people at the centre of everyday work, and remember that transformation requires planning, direction and communication, and not least proper follow-up. My hope is also that we approach change with both realism and humanity, as many changes will unfold in the years ahead.

Christmas should be celebrated properly, and not least for that reason a couple of Christmas songs have been created, which you can listen to here. We have also made a New Year’s song to celebrate the year 2026.

I would like to wish you, your colleagues, your family and your friends a cosy Christmas, and not least a happy, prosperous and safe New Year 2026. We are living in a time of many changes.
Kind regards,
Christian
