The idea is to build a consultant network. My clients often ask if “I know someone” within a specific work area, so the idea is to build a consultant network that I can refer to. My specialty is human resources management, talent management, and organisational development. And there are many different tasks right now, most with Danish and European legislation (whistle system, time recording, and data legislation): drawing up a written description of a company culture, selecting a human resources information system (HRIS), and/or a human resources management system (HRMS), and providing advisory services about AI, just as we have a number of tasks with a focus on escalation and strengthening of sales. Then you know what we work with. Our clients are allocated worldwide.
