We have strict rules regarding which emails and messages we receive and process.
We are experiencing an increasing number of emails from private individuals and companies offering all kinds of services and business agreements.

As we are based in Denmark and therefore part of the EU, there are several regulations governing contact with private individuals and businesses. One of these rules is that prior written consent is required before the recipient may be contacted.

Kindly note, we never select a business partner based on an email, a message, or a random enquiry. That is simply not how we operate. We kindly ask that you do not send us offers, sales pitches, or service proposals. Such emails will not be answered and will be deleted.

We also do not accept order confirmations or invoices via our website or normal emails. These are only accepted through dedicated email channels, which are accessible exclusively to our established business partners. Only emails containing an authorised code are received by our systems. This is done to limit unsolicited correspondence and to formally clarify that this procedure is in effect. All other forms of communication and delivery will not be accepted.

We are aware that some of these messages are generated automatically. We reserve the right to report violations to the Danish legal authorities and police, including the Danish Cyber Crime Unit, with the aim of blocking such unwanted emails.
