From time to time, we may receive copies of order confirmations and/or invoices. Such order confirmations and invoices are not accepted. All order confirmations and invoices must be submitted exclusively via our designated email system, access to which requires a specific authorisation code. Any order confirmation or invoice transmitted, submitted, or received by any other means shall be deemed invalid, rejected, and not accepted by us.

Any material that may have been submitted will be processed, stored, and, where relevant, deleted in accordance with applicable Danish legislation and European Union law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation).
In compliance with the applicable legal framework, we asked for your consent to the receipt, processing, storage, and, where applicable, deletion of the submitted personal data.
In accordance with the GDPR, you are hereby informed that such consent may be withdrawn at any time. Any withdrawal of consent must be made in writing.
In the event that consent is withdrawn, we will thereafter retain only such personal data as we are legally required or permitted to retain, namely first name, last name, email address, and the date and time of receipt and deletion of any material that may have been submitted, solely for documentation and compliance purposes.
